Adrenaline-Pumping Rafting

Experience the thrill of rafting and explore the natural beauty of the Nera River Park, a heart-pounding adventure beneath the Marmore Falls.

Located just 5 km from “Borgo San Valentino,” near the majestic Marmore Falls, this enchanting setting welcomes rafting enthusiasts with over three kilometers of river. Starting directly beneath the roar of the falls, the Nera River rushes through the rocks, creating the perfect environment for an unforgettable experience.

Guided by experts, you’ll navigate the river aboard sturdy rafts, surrounded by lush vegetation. No special skills are required, just a minimum age of 16, strong swimming abilities, and a desire for excitement. All necessary equipment is provided.
Additional activities include hydrospeed, river adventure, tubing, kayaking, and canyoning.

Soft Rafting

Just 1 km from our property, at the multipurpose sports center in Arrone, you can enjoy a family-friendly rafting experience along the tranquil section of the Nera River between Ferentillo and Arrone.

This two-hour adventure (including preparation) allows you to admire local wildlife, take short breaks to refresh in the river, and experience current swimming in a pristine natural setting.

The sports center also offers amenities like hot showers, changing rooms, restrooms, and a picnic area for post-adventure relaxation. Additionally, the Terni Canoe Group provides other river experiences such as Canadian canoe trips and kayaking courses.

Explore the Village by Mountain Bike

Thanks to its varied terrain, Umbria is a paradise for mountain biking enthusiasts. Hills, mountain paths, olive groves, forests, and flower-filled meadows make for diverse and exciting rides. The Valnerina offers over 300 km of trails, roads, and mule tracks within the Nera River Park, passing by castles, monasteries, streams, and medieval villages.

DOWNHILL

For those who love speed and adventure on dirt descents, downhill biking is the perfect activity. In Valnerina, at the San Liberatore Battery Park (Terni), you’ll find an exciting trail winding almost entirely through the forest. The first section features banked turns and jumps. The second is more technical, following a streambed. The third opens out of the woods at high speed.
