During the summer season, there is the option to dine outdoors and enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley.
Discover the house appetizer: a delicious platter of cured meats, the fruit of the centuries-old art of working with pork, known as “norcineria,” savor the famous lenticchie di Castelluccio (lentils), grown at the foot of Monte Vettore, farro di Monteleone di Spoleto, and Roveja from Civita di Cascia, a Slow Food Presidio since 2006, along with cicerchie, fava beans, and beans. Continue with a trio of bruschette, seasoned with the prestigious extra virgin olive oil from Valnerina, freshly pressed at the mill, and scrambled eggs with Norcia black truffle, with its intoxicating aroma and incomparable flavor.











Among the first courses to try are the ciriole alla ternana, handmade fettuccine with flour and water, seasoned with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauce, and parsley, or one of the many variations (truffle, wild asparagus, mushrooms). Don’t miss the pappardelle with wild boar sauce and ravioloni stuffed with care and quality ingredients.
Taste our selection of Chianina meat cooked on the grill, balsamic vinegar tagliata, lamb with truffle, and wild-boar cacciatore, all from organic farms and prepared according to traditional recipes.
